Orders must be placed before the following times for same-day delivery: Monday - Saturday: 3 pm EST | Sunday: 2 pm EST We cannot guarantee requests for a specific time of delivery. To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, our florist may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value. The most beautiful sympathy flowers I have seen the owner was kind and the prices were reasonable. Best quality abundant I was very pleased. Thank you Part 2: I ordered again and the flowers were even more beautiful in person. I will always use this florist especially for sympathy flowers in north Jersey. Thank you

I have used West New York often for deliveries in their area. The service is quick and the flower arrangements are pretty. Some flowers were slightly different than what was in the online description but it was still a pretty selection. Pricing and delivery is good. thank you!

Ordered online very easy process. Left instructions and the delivery to the funeral home was completed on time. I was sent a picture as I could not attend the viewing. The floral arrangement was beautiful and what I expected. Overall great experience and will choose to repeat the business with WNY Florist again when the need arises.
