I am writing to say how happy I was with your service today. Because I had a slight credit card issue, we took care of everything over the phone, and it was also a pleasure to speak to someone there. The flowers arrived on time and the receiver was very happy with them and sent us a photograph. The flowers looked great (we ordered one of the Autumn arrangements). I use West New York Florist all the time because my husband works literally down the block from them, and they always deliver good quality bouquets in a timely manner. The pieces always come out beautiful and almost exactly how they're displayed on the website. I normally purchase a bouquet from the website and have it delivered next day as a surprise and it's nice to support a local mom & pop that provides good services. I don't have any pics at the moment, but I just ordered another all-white deluxe piece for my husband and I'm sure he'll send some pics of them when delivered, so I'll update this review with those. Update: Pics added - this is from another recent delivery. I think they may have sent a 3rd bouquet for free!! 💐
