Any amount of praise for the customer service I received will not do justice. I needed a quick funeral basket for a family member that had passed. Contacted the local florist that was advertised on the funeral home website. I live in FL and sent an email asking a couple of questions which were promptly responded to. I placed the order on the website and shortly thereafter I found out that the service was going to be delayed. I contacted WNY Florist again via email... again I got prompt service. I asked them to hold the order until the date was determined; they said they would gladly hold. Contact them again with new date for funeral viewing. Was assured they would be delivered as instructed. Received a confirmation the day of delivery with all the details. I have never worked with such an effective and efficient company in matters of communication before. I wish I could have seen the flowers but I trust that they were beautiful. Having to deal long distance with situations is sometimes a hassle. Cannot thank them enough for being so considerate at a difficult time.

i think my only review ever- they do consistently great work, and have been around for years in the neighborhood. Any occasion from birthdays to funerals they have it covered. Friendly staff in person and delivery is quick if you’re in the area. I’d rather buy here than a big box store/chain

Patty helped us with 2 arrangements for a co-workers funeral she was attentive, extremely detailed, understanding and above all very patient with us. Everything came out beautifully and would definitely recommend West New York Florist for every occasion!!

West New York Florist is awesome. It was my niece's birthday and I wanted to send flowers. I went to WNYF website and was amazed at the selection and affordable prices. The website is beautifully done and so easy to use. I ordered the flowers, and within a few hours they had already been delivered! My niece sent me a photo, and the arrangement looked exactly like what I saw on the website. I love West New York Florist!

WNY Florist NEVER DISAPPOINTS! They always do such a beautiful job. Every time I order an arrangement I am taken back on well it's put together and how full they are. Also the lady who takes the orders over the phone is always so helpful and honest. As a customer I appreciate it so much!
