Ordered online very easy process. Left instructions and the delivery to the funeral home was completed on time. I was sent a picture as I could not attend the viewing. The floral arrangement was beautiful and what I expected. Overall great experience and will choose to repeat the business with WNY Florist again when the need arises.

Ordering was very easy and when I called them they were very respectful and knowledgeable. The delivery was expedient and the flowers were 100% beautiful! For the flowers and service the cost was well worth it.
