I use West New York Florist all the time because my husband works literally down the block from them, and they always deliver good quality bouquets in a timely manner. The pieces always come out beautiful and almost exactly how they're displayed on the website. I normally purchase a bouquet from the website and have it delivered next day as a surprise and it's nice to support a local mom & pop that provides good services.
I don't have any pics at the moment, but I just ordered another all-white deluxe piece for my husband and I'm sure he'll send some pics of them when delivered, so I'll update this review with those.

Being out of state, I was able to order online even on short notice and still WNY Florist was able to pull together flower arrangements/balloons for loved ones even with limited floral/plant supplies. They safely delivered the beautiful flower arrangements on Mother’s Day. A week later and my loved ones still text me how beautiful the flowers are blooming and smelling. During these tough times, there’s always little ways to share joy and celebrate. Thank you WNY Florist!

WNY Florist is an amazing flower shop! My sister, myself & my friends have used them on 2 occasions, for my mother’s funeral and now my sister’s. I cannot express how amazing the woman is at the shop. I’m sorry that I don’t know her name but she was amazing. She walked us through everything when I was so distraught & I asked her for help to write something on the ribbon. Just soooo wonderfully sympathetic & nice. It goes without saying the quality of their arrangements are excellent & beautiful. They’re not cheap, but you do get what you pay for!! For myself there is no other flower shop!! This is my first choice!

I ordered flowers just two days before mother's day. They had the flowers ready the next day and delivered them not only once but twice; my mom was not home so the delivery boy actually went thru the trouble of going to where she was and delivering them to her there.
