I placed an order online but realized I had the wrong date and called the day before I needed the arrangement. The staff made it easy to change the delivery date and the arrangement was great.

The arrangement I ordered was delivered the next day as requested and the recipient loves it. On-line ordering didn't work so I placed the order by phone. I did not receive the emailed receipt I requested, but I can see on my credit card account that the correct amount was charged. From the picture, Blazing Spiral looks like a spectacular arrangement. I wish I could see it in person, but since I'm a quarter way around the world from my friend, this is a great way to give her something nice.

We have been ordering from West New York Florist for the past couple of years, and we are always very happy with their arrangements, and their customer service is excellent.
